The HAMPO Regional Freight Plan was completed in 2017 as a supplement to the HAMPO 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. Due to the growth of freight traffic in the region and to address pressing and future needs, the MPO will be developing an update to that freight plan.

An RFP was released in 2026 and a consultant team was selected to develop the HAMPO Regional Freight Plan. Future study updates and opportunities for public comment will be posted on this page and links to additional information will be included as well.
