Request for Qualifications for Strategic Plan for Providing Countywide Public Water and Wastewater Services
This RFQ invites qualified vendors, consultants or consortiums to submit qualifications for assessing the public (both publicly- and large privately-owned) potable water and wastewater systems within Liberty County, to evaluate how to provide water and wastewater services to all areas of the county and to develop a strategic plan. This strategic plan is Phase I of the project. Upon completion of Phase I, a scope of services will be developed for Phase II which will be a road map for implementing the strategic plan.
