Proposed UDO Amendments
UDO amends include changes to add a new use (residential/commercial mixed use) and changes to site plan and subdivision regulations. Click here to read the changes.
The Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on these proposed amendments at it July 16th meeting and then the amendments will go before the governing authorities of Liberty County in August. It is anticipated these amendments will become effective on Sept. 1, 2024.
