4. What is HAMPO?
HAMPO is an acronym for “Hinesville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization”. HAMPO provides for a regulated transportation planning process for Liberty and Long Counties; Allenhurst, Flemington, Fort Stewart, Gum Branch, Hinesville, Midway, Riceboro and Walthourville.
