Donna Groover, LCPC Commissioner
Donna Groover is a life-long resident of Liberty County. She is a graduate of Bradwell Institute and has a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University. She has been employed for 34 years as a DA Civilian at the Directorate of Public Works, Ft Stewart, GA.
Her vision as a Liberty County Consolidated Planning Commissioner is to ensure the highest possible quality of life in Liberty County through development and implementation of cohesive planning for all 7 municipalities and the unincorporated area. As a Planning Commissioner, Donna seeks to shape policies for countywide growth and development and add value to the process of evaluating and approving proposed development projects.
