Request for Qualifications for Strategic Plan for Providing Countywide Public Water and Wastewater Services – Extended Submission Deadline
This RFQ invites qualified vendors, consultants or consortiums to submit qualifications for assessing the public (both publicly- and large privately-owned) potable water and wastewater systems within Liberty County, to evaluate how to provide water and wastewater services to all areas of the county and to develop a strategic plan. This strategic plan is Phase I of the project. Upon completion of Phase I, a scope of services will be developed for Phase II which will be a road map for implementing the strategic plan.
