Meredith Wallin, LCPC Commissioner

Meredith Wallin, a former Army Brat and Army spouse, spent a combined 24 years living in Hinesville, Georgia. Following her husband’s retirement from the 3rd Infantry Division, they chose to establish permanent roots in Hinesville. Her lifelong connection to Hinesville and the military community has instilled in her a strong sense of service, adaptability, and dedication to supporting others.

Meredith Wallin is an experienced Budget Analyst with over 17 years of expertise in finance, operations, project management, strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement. As a Department of the Army Civilian supporting the Directorate of Public Works, she has served at Fort Riley, Kansas, and currently serves at Fort Stewart, Georgia. She is known for her ability to enhance operational efficiency and advance organizational objectives through data-driven decision-making and effective cross-functional collaboration. Meredith earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Business Administration from Brewton-Parker College, and later completed her master’s in Science and Business from the University of Mary.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and three grandbabies. She volunteers in the community at her children’s school, church and coaching at Liberty County Recreation. 

Meredith is committed to making meaningful contributions that promote responsible development, community involvement, and long-term sustainability. Her goal is to help shape a future for our county that reflects the needs of its residents while preserving its unique character and quality of life.
