LCPC Attends Hampton Ridge Ribbon Cutting

Executive Director Jeff Ricketson, Zoning Administrator Gabriele Hartage, and Senior Inspector Curles Butler were in attendance for the Hampton Ridge subdivision ribbon cutting ceremony on October 29, 2013.  Hampton Ridge is a new  subdivision in the City of Walthourville that is located near the intersection of SR 119 and Dunlevie Road.  The subdivision  is being developed by Dryden Enterprises, Inc., and currently has multiple homes under construction.
