Proposed UDO Amendments for Compact Single-Family Dwellings
The Cities of Riceboro and Hinesville are proposing to adopt amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to allow compact single-family dwellings (CSFD).
The Riceboro City Council will be holding a public hearing for Riceboro Ordinance #2026-04 at its meeting on August 4, 2026.
The City of Hinesville will be holding a public hearing for Hinesville Ordinance #2026-04 at its meeting on September 3, 2026.
