Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

Amendment to the UDO

A proposed amendment to the UDO is proposed which would allow for single-family dwelling lots which are smaller than what is currently allowed in the residential districts.  The lots will be called compact single-family dwellings and the min. lot size for them would be 2,400 sq. ft.  The amendment can be viewed by clicking here.
