HAMPO Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services for Program Administration and Technical Assistance
The LCPC is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to administer and assist in performing technical work elements of HAMPO’s Unified Planning Work Program for fiscal year 2027 with up to two optional one-year extensions.
The preferred qualifications of the consultant, in order of priority, are: previous experience with MPO’s in Georgia; previous experience preparing reports required by FHWA and GDOT from MPO’s, and; qualifications of the project team.

Per the RFP, questions had to be submitted by 1 PM on May 19th. Only one was received:
Q: On page 8, under Executive Summary it says, “Present a brief summary describing the proposal and your company and its capabilities. Give the names of the person(s), address(es), telephone and e-mail address.” Can you clarify please? Who are you wanting to see here?
A: The name and contact information for both the authorized signer for the company and the point of contact (project manager) for the company.
RFP responses are due at the LCPC/HAMPO office (100 N. Main Street, Room 2100, Hinesville, GA 31313) by 2PM on Friday, May 29th, 2026 .
HAMPO Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services to Prepare a Regional Freight Plan Update
The LCPC is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to prepare a Regional Freight Plan Update. The preferred qualifications of the consultant are previous experience and performance preparing Regional Freight Plans, project understanding/approach, and demonstrated abilities of the project.
