Regional Freight Plan - Draft

On August 11, 2017 the consultant issued the first draft of the Regional Freight Plan. Please note this is the first draft for internal review and when we complete the review, the plan will released for a formal 30 day public comment period including two public meetings. Of course, comments are always appreciated and the use of email to ngustavson@thelcpc.org is encouraged.

The Hinesville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (HAMPO)  solicited for services from qualified consulting firms for a Regional Freight Plan for the HAMPO Metropolitan Study Area of Liberty and Long Counties. Primary funding is a Federal Highway Planning Grant in an amount of $81,500. On December 12, 2016, HAMPO entered into contract with:
